Bubble Guard Board three coextruded ABA structures where A is the sealing layer and B is the central layer which consists of a blend of materials which can be combined according to the results to be obtained (flexibility, strength, machinability, etc). Bubble Guard Board is offering various parameters helping us in modifying the product performances, such as:
a. Bubble sizes (available diameter3-18 mm)
b. Thickness variation of the three films composing the Bubble Guard Board
c. Percentage variations of the ABA layers
d. Percentage variations of the different materials and additives in the B layer
